Ayurveda believes that the movement of the Sun has a deep impact on our minds and bodies (including our Digestive systems ). 🧘🏻♀️ Since the Sun reaches its zenith at around noon time, its best that we eat our largest and heaviest meal between 12 and 1 pm . 🥗 The digestive system also get weaker around and after sunset. 🌅 The later we eat, the slower and less efficiently our meals get digested. This could lead to an issue with constipation. It best that we eat small light meals around 6 pm which could be very useful with the ailments like constipation and many other digestive issues.
