This gentle cleanse is based on the wisdom of Ayurveda, one of the oldest systems of traditional natural medicine which originated in India and has a history of more than five thousand years.
The cleanse will be an application and adaptation of authentic Ayurveda without compromising on its core principles to the current times, especially for people in the west/ northern hemisphere who are currently living in the northern hemisphere as this cleanse is focused on the spring season.
Participants will be encouraged to adhere to healthy habits of eating healthy and adapting to a healthy lifestyle via making positive changes in their diet, sleep, and lifestyle patterns.
The objective behind the three live webinars and suggestions is to guide, encourage and help people align to the rhythms and seasons of Nature for optimal health and well-being.
This gentle cleanse is the beginning of the “ CLEANSE” in anticipation that the participants will adopt healthy habits for life even post the event.
Please share information about the structure of the cleanse? What preparations do we need to do etc?
Note: All information ie grocery lists, recipes, etc will be sent post-registration.
Week 1: The focus will be on preparing for the following four weeks ie Grocery list, adaptations via diet and lifestyle. You will have to purchase whole plant-based ingredients such as spices, veggies, Quinoa or Millets, etc. Cooking in cast iron, steel or earthen cookware is highly recommended
Week 2: This week includes a Kitchari* mono** diet/mono ** menu for between three to five days along with following the recommended lifestyle and routine.
Week 3 : This week you will be guided to include heavier whole foods in your diet in order to get back to a more normal life to support the lighter, rejuvenated, and energetic YOU !!!
Bonus Week: This is a bonus week to handhold people who need additional support. Though there will be no webinar, the Facebook private group will be available for sharing and support till June 2nd.

It completely depends on your sincerity and consistency. The more disciplined there were, the more they benefitted.
Where do we meet for the cleanse?
This is an online event. During cleanse, we will meet online once a week for three live sessions online. The duration for each of the online webinars will be about 1.5 hours which will include a Q & A session. Guidance will also be given on the private Facebook group.
What is the cost to participate in the Cleanse?
USD $50 per person till 3rd May. The price will be USD 150 thereafter.

Who can register for the cleanse?

* Kitchari is a delicious easy-to-make simple dish with Quinoa, rice, or millets along with a dal ( lentils), spices, and veggies. It’s an easy-to-digest meal and is a food of choice during either illness and cleanses to aid the body spends its energy in healing rather than digesting heavy foods.
** The recipe suggestions will be for a mono-diet and not a Mono dish/ recipe. This will ensure that participants eat light and easy-to-digest meals with pleasure and enjoyment and that they don’t get bored eating the same dish over and over again.
***Though participants will be suggested to join the private Facebook group from day one, an additional bonus week will be via the group for sharing and guidance.
