Oat Milk Recipe | Yoga of Eating

Ingredients -

1 cup steel cut gluten free Oats

4 cups water

1/4 tsp pink salt

1/4 teaspoon of ceylonese Cinnamon powder

1green Cardamom powder

You can add dates or raisins as a sweetner

Note : Please do not use Instant oats.

Method

Soak the oats in drinking water for at least 10 to 12 hrs. Drain and rinse the oats. Add all ingredients to a blender and add 1 cup of water. Blend till it is a smooth paste, this will take 3-5 mins. Add the rest of the water, salt and blend well. Store in a glass bottle.
