Vegan Basil Quinoa Pasta | Yoga of Eating

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :


1 cup Basil leaves

3/4 cup Walnuts and or Pine Nuts

2 cloves of Garlic

Pink Salt, Black Pepper to taste

Lime juice to taste

1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

250 grams of Quinoa pasta

Vegan Cheese ( optional )

Cherry Tomatoes ( optional )


𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 :


Boil Quinoa pasta in some water with a little oil till cooked and soft. Strain the pasta and keep aside for a few minutes to drain.


Simultaneously blend the sauce ingredients in a blender with a little water till it becomes a paste.


Mix the pasta and sauce together. Add the cherry tomatoes with grated vegan cheese. Enjoy.
