This delicious 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭, 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭 is sure to make your heart skip a beet. It's super delicious and super duper healthy and is great for Summer.
Ingredients :
300 gms Beetroots
Homemade Coconut milk - 1 cup
4 to 6 Dates
6 to 7 Cashews or Almonds
Method :
Grate the beetroot and sauté in a pot for 10 to 15 minutes on a slow to medium flame. Add the homemade coconut milk and keep stirring for a few minutes. Crush the cashews, chop the dates and add to the dish. Enjoy warm!!
