In Summer, as the heat increases, it is natural for the Digestive Fire or Agni to disperse for the body to keep cool so as to balance the external heat of the environment.
Due to the lowering of Agni, our Digestive capacity gets low leading to many of us feeling less hungry during the heaty Summers.
Therefore, it's best to keep hydrated with light soups, salads and light easy to digest smaller meals during Summer. ☀️
