Fruits over Fruit Juice | Yoga of Eating

A sudden spike in sugar levels over time is unhealthy for the body, a lot of times when we drink juice we throw away the fibre.

It's best to eat fruit with the fibre, as when the fibre is inside the system the fruit sugar gets released slowly. One can also prepare smoothies by keeping the fibre intact in the blender.
