Dates are cooling in nature and a great choice of a sweetener for Summer.

They are a great way to rebalance electrolytes as they contain a high amount of dietary potassium and also support muscle function.

Ayurveda* believes that eating Dates after meals will make a person gain weight and it's suggested that we eat dates before meals unless we want to increase weight.

Dates are also a great food to increase Ojas ie the Immunity.
