Oil Pulling | Yoga of Eating

Ayurveda* recommends " Gandusha " also known as Oil Pulling .
Fill the mouth with a tablespoon or more of organic cold pressed sesame or coconut oil.
Swish it in the mouth for about 15 minutes and spit it out and be careful not to swallow any.
Rinse your mouth well before eating of drinking anything.
Oil pulling helps in killing harmful bacteria in the mouth, helps in reducing bad breath and may help in reducing inflammation and improve gum health and may help in whitening your teeth naturally.
Note : Beginners can make a start with 5 minutes.
