The Benefits of Grounding | Yoga of Eating

Grounding is one of the imperatives that I make all my clients do to aid their well being . Over the years, we have lost our connection to the Earth. We are Bioelectrical living beings living on a planet that is electric one. Regular contact with the Earth is important for our well being. Grounding or Earthing has many benefits including :


a) Decrease in Inflammation


b) Decrease in pain


c) A sense of centredness


d) Reduced Stress levels


e) Improved Mood


One of the best ways to ground oneself is to walk bare feet on the Earth ie grass , mud or any natural flooring and even concrete for about 30 minutes everyday if possible.
