Many of us especially with the Pitta or Fire constitution due to the excess heat during the Summer may have difficulty in sleeping at night. A recommended technique to relax and reduce heat in the system is to soak or wash the feet in cold water. This can pacify the aggravated heat of the summer in the body and help us sleep.
