Acidity Tip | Yoga of Eating

Eat your dinner at least three hours or more before bedtime.

The body uses energy to detoxify the system, especially during 10 pm to 2 am ( Pitta Time ) . During this time ,even Acidity is high. Ayurvedic wisdom suggests that one eats a light and easy to digest meal at least three hours before bedtime so that the stomach can digest the food well.
