Avocado Veggie Soup | Yoga of Eating

🇮 🇳 🇬 🇷 🇪 🇩 🇮 🇪 🇳 🇹 🇸 : 1 medium size Onion 4 to 5 cloves Garlic 200 grams Broccoli 1 medium size Avocado Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste 200 ml drinking water 🇲 🇪 🇹 🇭 🇴 🇩 : Slice the onions and cook with chopped Garlic for a few minutes. Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir for some time. Add the water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. You could remove the soup from the stove, add the Avocado and blend in mixer. Add the salt and pepper. Enjoy. PS : You can add any seasonal veggies as well
