Red and Yellow Capsicum Soup | Yoga of Eating

๐Ÿ‡ฎ ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐Ÿ‡ฌ ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡ฉ ๐Ÿ‡ฎ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ธ : One large Onion 6 cloves of Garlic 1 Red Capsicum 1 Yellow Capsicum 1 cup fresh Coconut milk 1 cup Vegetable Stock Pink Salt and Black pepper to taste ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ญ ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ฉ : Cook the chopped Onion and chopped Garlic for five minutes. Add chopped capsicums for a few minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cook for five to seven minutes. Blend the mixture with the coconut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
