Red and Yellow Capsicum Soup | Yoga of Eating

🇮 🇳 🇬 🇷 🇪 🇩 🇮 🇪 🇳 🇹 🇸 : One large Onion 6 cloves of Garlic 1 Red Capsicum 1 Yellow Capsicum 1 cup fresh Coconut milk 1 cup Vegetable Stock Pink Salt and Black pepper to taste 🇲 🇪 🇹 🇭 🇴 🇩 : Cook the chopped Onion and chopped Garlic for five minutes. Add chopped capsicums for a few minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cook for five to seven minutes. Blend the mixture with the coconut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
