Broccoli Mushroom Soup | Yoga of Eating

๐Ÿ‡ฎ ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐Ÿ‡ฌ ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡ฉ ๐Ÿ‡ฎ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ธ : 1 medium chopped Onion 5 chopped cloves of Garlic 200 gms chopped Broccoli Florets Pink Salt to taste 100 ml Coconut Milk 200 ml water ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ญ ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ฉ : Sautee the garlic and onion for a few minutes . Add the broccoli and continue to sautee. Add 200 ml of water. Cook for 10 minutes. Add pink salt to taste. Blend the mixture with a hand churner. Add the coconut milk and continue to boil for two to three minutes. Enjoy! Serves 4
