Avoid Taking A Bath with Hot Water During Summer | Yoga of Eating

During the hot Summer , its better that we take a bath with cool room temperature water to support the body to balance heat. Having a bath/ shower with hot water will only aggravate the already existing heat and may lead to heat related symptoms such as inflammation, dryness, rashes etc.
