Eat Soup After Festivities and Feasts | Yoga of Eating
A lot of us tend to eat extra during festive seasons such as Thanksgiving. Some of us may even gain loads of weight and or may even suffer from an overwhelmed, overworked Digestive system. A great remedy is to have soups especially made from ingredients that are easy to digest, nourishing and light at the same time. Depending on the condition, one could choose ingredients such as soups made from sweet potatoes and or mixed veggies. Soups have the capability to help give the Digestive system a much needed break .
