π‚πšπœπšπ¨ : Despite chocolate 🍫 being associated with being sensous, luxurious and a great comfort food, Cacao is heating to the body and should be avoided in Summer. as it may aggravate the Pitta dosha ( the Fire Element ) which could lead to rashes , digestive disorders or inflammation and many other imbalances in the body .



𝐀π₯𝐜𝐨𝐑𝐨π₯ being warming in nature increases the much unwanted heat in the body during Summer and aggravates the lIver. It is a much better choice to celebrate with fresh coconut water, watermelon juice with the pulp or natural cooling smoothies ( non iced ) during parties. πŸ₯€

π“πšπ¦πšπ«π’ is derived from the liquid that drains from the fermented soybean paste as it ages.
