Boil 1.25 cups of water with 3 or 4 freshly crushed seeds of black pepper and 1/8th of a
teaspoon of turmeric till it becomes one cup.
Remove from the heat and pour it on 20 to 30 grams of Organic Jaggery.
Let the mixture cool down and then sip it slowly.
