Delicious Okra Onion Recipe | Yoga of Eating

250 gms Okra

1 medium Onion

1 Tomato Pink Salt to Taste

1/2 Teaspoon Cumin

1 pinch of Turmeric

1/2 Teaspoon Dry Cilantro/ Coriander Powder

๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ญ ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ฉ : Slice the onions length wise. Cut each Okra into two pieces. First sautee the cumin and onions for 3 or 4 minutes. Add the Okra and keep stirring for about three minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and keep stirring. Then add all the other spices and salt and keep stirring. Finally, add a little water and cover the pan with a lid till the Okra is soft
