200 grams Quinoa

200 grams Sweet potato

1 Tablespoon Pumpkin, Watermelon and Sunflower seeds

Pink Himalayan salt to taste


๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ญ ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ฉ


Soak Quinoa for three to four hours. Boil till soft. Boil sweet potato on the side till soft. Mix the two, add the seeds , salt and pepper. Make into patties . In very little coconut oil, heat till medium brown and serve.
