200 Grams Green Beans / French Beans/ String Beans

1 Tbsp cold pressed coconut oil

5 to 6 Garlic cloves

1 Tbsp Black Sesame

Salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon Cumin ( optional )

If long, cut the beans in half. Boil the beans till half cooked to make them crunchy. Crush the Garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the garlic for a minute. Add the sesame seeds and cook for some more time . Finally add the beans and salt according to taste
