People tend to have stuffy noses and many may even suffer from ailments related to colds, flu etc. An excellent tea can be made using spices such as turmeric, black pepper, and cardamom.
Not only is this tea warming but these spices also have the ability to help with clearing mucus, a sore throat, a runny nose and warming up our bodies.
